Known best for his role in UK's "The Office", Ricky Gervais takes on a Hollywood role in the comedy movie "Ghost Town". Ricky as Bertram Pincus, is a dentist who leaves much to be desired in a person. Pincus, not a people person, is faced with quite a few challenges when a routine procedure at the hospital goes wrong and he dies unexpectedly, only to be brought back to life 7 minutes later. He wakes up and learns he has the ability to see and speak to ghosts. He is haunted throughout the movie by ghosts who want something from him. Greg Kinnear as Frank Herlihy, a ghost, enters Pincus' life asking to save his widow from marrying the wrong person. The movie centers around the love triangle created by Ricky Gervais, Greg Kinnear and Tea Leoni. The movie hits a turning point and Pincus becomes a new person and does so with funny zinger and witty remarks the Ricky Gervais style we know best.
