The Jackal Movie Review

This movie stars Bruce Willis as the Jackal, a hitman hired by a Russian gangster to kill someone in the US. They don't tell you who it is. In order to find this Jackal the gov't. needs the help of Declan, played by Richard Gere, an Irish terrorist now in prison. He knows a woman who is believed to have know where the Jackal was at one time. Along with FBI agent Preston, played by Sidney Poirtier and a female Russian agent they try to track down the Jackal before he kills his target. I will say Richard Gere has a funny Irish accent, but you do eventually get used to it. Will they find the Jackal in time? Who is he and how is Declan tied to him? Who is the jackal after? You will have to watch to find out the answers. This was a good movie and I would recommend it if you like action/suspense movies. It keeps moving and has a good plot. An odd thing is that Jack Black is in this and not in his usual comedic role. Watch and see what you think.
