This movie stars unknown actress Tricia O'kelley as the sassy morning weather girl Sylvia. The movie follows her ups and downs as her life unravels at the beginning of the movie. She's 35 has a tv job and is living with the morning news show anchor. She thought everything was going well until she discovers he's been cheating on her. Then everything falls apart, she breaks down on tv, quits her job and moves in with her younger brother. This movie is a comedy, but it does have a well developed story line. The comedy is light, realistic and fits well in the movie. As the movie goes on you see Sylvia's struggle with relationships and finding a job now that she's known for having a meltdown on tv. The movie was pretty good. The cast is mostly unknown with small parts from Blair Underwood and Mark Harmon as the cheating host Dale. The movie is good in that it feels real, not ridiculous or unbelievable. You just get to see Sylvia, her comedic struggles with life and how it all comes together in the end. I would recommend this movie if you're looking for something good, different, and not the same old big budget movie where you can predict every scene before it occurs.
